We have needed to bring in some measures regarding Children (under 16’s). These measures have been put in place by Sand Bay and are in the interest of all concerned as the entertainment hall can tend to become quite rowdy and may cause a health and safety risk to minors.

Sand Bay is usually an Adult Only site but they do allow children on site for our rally.  Please bear the below in mind prior to booking:-

Children:

*    are accompanied by an adult

*    are not to be in the bar areas at any time

*    should leave the entertainment hall by 9 p.m. You are able to use the back entertainment hall after this time

Thank you for your co-operation

Friday 26 to Sunday 28 July 2019 – Oxford Chapter’s The Big Chill Rally

We are pleased to announce that in 2019 Oxford UK Chapter are going to be hosting their first rally, and would like to invite you to join us.

Taking place on 26th – 28th July 2019 in Calne, our rally will coincide with the Calne Bike Meet, which is always a great day out.

The rally site is a ten minute walk from the town centre, and has ample parking and space for tents, caravans and motorhomes. We will have access to inside showers and toilets all weekend. There are also off-site accommodation options, and we have glamping packages on offer as well.

The ticket price includes a hog roast on the Friday and a BBQ on the Saturday, and we will of course be providing live music to keep us dancing into the night.

More information and a rally registration form is available on our website: www.oxfordukchapter.co.uk/bigchillrally

We also have a facebook page where you can keep up with news on the event: https://www.facebook.com/The-Big-Chill-Rally-358418151367425/
